1. License Grant & Software Scope
Polymarket Bot Technologies Ltd. grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to execute the Polymarket Bot software executable for personal algorithmic trading on Polymarket decentralized protocols.
2. User Responsibility & Non-Custodial Nature
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your private keys and securing your local execution environment. The Company has no control over decentralized contracts, blockchain states, or trades executed by the software on your behalf.
3. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. IN NO EVENT SHALL POLYMARKET BOT TECHNOLOGIES LTD., ITS DIRECTORS, OR ITS EMPLOYEES BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES, LOSS OF CAPITAL, TRADING LOSSES, SLIPPAGE, OR OTHER LIABILITY ARISING FROM THE USE OF THE SOFTWARE.
4. Age Requirement & Prohibited Jurisdictions
You must be at least 18 years of age to access or use this software. Users residing in the United States, United Kingdom, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, or other restricted territories are prohibited from using the platform.
5. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
